How does Agentschap SZW handle your personal details?

If you want to request a brochure or sign up for a newsletter, you will be asked to fill in a form with your personal details, such as your name and postal or email address. There will be an indication on the webpage as to what information Agentschap SZW will use and for what purpose.

Agentschap SZW will use it only for the purposes for which you have submitted it. So, for instance, if you have filled in your name and address to receive a brochure, Agentschap SZW will not use this information to send you other brochures as well, unless this has been indicated.

The data can, however, be used for criminal investigations, for instance if offences are committed via the website or if the website is used for communications which constitute an offence.

Agentschap SZW does not keep your personal details for any longer than is necessary for the purpose for which they were submitted.
